Soup, Salad & Sandwich Lunches

Choose one soup and your choice of baked potato bar, salad selection, or assorted sandwiches. These packages include assorted cookies, brownies, and pastries.

Baked Potato Bar: Includes butter, cheese, sour cream, green onions, and crumbled bacon.

Salad Dressings: Ranch, Italian, balsamic vinaigrette, honey mustard, creamy mustard vinaigrette, raspberry vinaigrette, blue cheese, Thousand Island, sweet and sour, and Oriental (special requests available).

Salad Choices: Red skinned potato salad, garden salad, Caesar salad, spinach salad, broccoli salad, fruit salad, Italian marinated pasta salad, coleslaw, and Mediterranean orzo (request early).

Soups: Cream of broccoli, baked potato soup, chili, creamy tomato basil, and beef vegetable.

Sandwich & Wrap Options: Chicken salad on multi-grain, club sandwich on brioche, roast beef and cheddar with creamy horseradish, ham and Swiss with Dijon, turkey mozzarella with cilantro mayo, corned beef and Swiss on rye, chicken fajita wrap, BBQ chicken wrap, California veggie wrap with ranch, turkey BLT wrap, Southwestern BLT wrap, turkey and apple wrap, pepper jack and raspberry mayo wrap, Italian club wrap, veggie hummus wrap, and Southwestern black bean veggie wrap.

 

Deli Tray Packages: Perfect for quick service meetings and working lunches.

Includes deli meats (turkey, honey ham, roast beef, chicken salad), assorted breads, cheeses, condiments, lettuce, tomato, chips & dip, choice of salad, cookie & brownie tray, tea or bottled water, and disposable serviceware.

Wrap & Roll Lunches

Assorted specialty sandwiches and wraps served with chips and dip, choice of one salad, cookie and brownie tray, and sweet or unsweetened iced tea.

Hot Lunch Buffets

Includes one entrée, two sides, and dessert.
Pricing is per person before tax and service fees.
Minimum 25 guests.

Packages include (un)sweet iced tea, disposable plates and silverware, and rolls or garlic bread.

Entrée Options: Traditional beef lasagna; spaghetti with marinara or Alfredo (add meatballs available); beef tacos (add chicken available); chicken fajitas (add steak available); beef stroganoff; homemade meatloaf; pulled pork BBQ; chicken Mornay; chicken stuffing bake; Parmesan crusted chicken; Hawaiian teriyaki glazed chicken.

Side Dishes: Garden salad, red skinned potato salad, garlic mashed potatoes, creamy mashed potatoes, lemon basil green beans, country style green beans, spicy black beans, pineapple baked beans, baked beans, Spanish rice, coconut rice, confetti rice, and three cheese macaroni and cheese.
