South of the Border Buffet
Choose two entrées and two sides.
Entrée options include beef or chicken fajitas, beef tips, chicken tacos, and other Tex-Mex favorites. Sides may include black beans, Spanish rice, chips and salsa, and similar selections designed for a festive, crowd-pleasing meal.
Italian Buffet
Choose two entrées and two sides.
Italian entrée selections include dishes such as beef lasagna, spinach stuffed shells, spaghetti, and marinated chicken. Side options may include lemon garlic beans, Caesar salad, garlic bread, and Italian marinated vegetables.
