Our staff can assist you in creating a new and unique menu.  Please don’t hesitate
to call and specify what you like or challenge us with a special event.


Charleys offers special services such as china, glassware and silverware.  These are priced individually should you need them. 
We can also provide tables, table cloths, napkins, fresh flowers, catndles, displays, cake knives, champagne flutes and any other special needs. 
 

 


Charleys offers reserved seating, specialized menus and full service staffing for your event.  Hors d'Oeuvres and dessert can be added to your menu.  Please call for more details.


Design your own Dinner Menu by choosing three entrees. 
Each entrée is served with a mixed green salad, roll & butter, coffee, tea or fountain drinks for $16.99 plus tax and 18% gratuity for a total of $22.00 per person.  Ask us about appetizers and desserts to add to your menu.

Prime Rib Au Jus    
Eight ounces of slow-roasted prime rib of certified Angus beef served au jus with a baked potato.

Grilled Salmon 
A six ounce salmon filet with lemon basil butter and served with rice and vegetables. 

Chicken Cordon Bleu 
Boneless chicken breasts stuffed with ham and mozzarella cheese, coated with herb stuffing and baked just right!  Topped with mushroom cream sauce and served with rice and vegetables.

Crab Cake Dinner   
Two crab cakes with less filler, pan-seared to perfection and served with rice, vegetables and homemade remoulade.

Chicken Mornay
Boneless chicken breast baked with white wine sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.  Served with rice and vegetables.

Ribeye Steak
Ten ounces of boneless eye of certified Angus beef grilled just the way you like it!  Served with a baked potato.

Southern Fried Catfish
Fresh Catfish lightly breaded and fried then served with remoulade, rice and vegetables.

Mesquite Grilled Pork Chop Dinner  
Two bone-in pork chops grilled with mesquite seasoning then served with molasses apples and vegetables.
