Prime Rib Au Jus
Eight ounces of slow-roasted prime rib of certified Angus beef served au jus with a baked potato.
Grilled Salmon
A six ounce salmon filet with lemon basil butter and served with rice and vegetables.
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless chicken breasts stuffed with ham and mozzarella cheese, coated with herb stuffing and baked just right! Topped with mushroom cream sauce and served with rice and vegetables.
Crab Cake Dinner
Two crab cakes with less filler, pan-seared to perfection and served with rice, vegetables and homemade remoulade.
Chicken Mornay
Boneless chicken breast baked with white wine sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Served with rice and vegetables.

Ten ounces of boneless eye of certified Angus beef grilled just the way you like it! Served with a baked potato.

Fresh Catfish lightly breaded and fried then served with remoulade, rice and vegetables.
