Our staff can assist you in creating a new and unique menu.  Please don’t hesitate
to call and specify what you like or challenge us with a special event.


Charleys offers special services such as china, glassware and silverware.  These are priced individually should you need them. 
We can also provide tables, table cloths, napkins, fresh flowers, catndles, displays, cake knives, champagne flutes and any other special needs. 
 

 


Charleys offers reserved seating, specialized menus and full service staffing for your event.  Hors d'Oeuvres and dessert can be added to your menu.  Please call for more details.

Each entrée in either package includes a Mixed Green Salad, Roll and Butter, Coffee, Tea or Soft Drink.

$17.38 plus 11.5% tax & 15% gratuity per person.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless Breast of Chicken with Ham and Mozzarella Cheese,
coated with an Herb Stuffing, oven baked then topped with
a Mushroom Cream Sauce.  Served with Harvest Rice Pilaf and Vegetable.

Prime Rib
Eight ounces of slow roasted, melt in your mouth,
Prime Rib of Beef.  Served with Au Jus and a Baked Potato.

Mahi-Mahi
A Mahi-Mahi filet grilled and topped with lemon garlic butter. Served with Harvest Rice Pilaf and Vegetable.

 



Chicken Mornay
Baked Boneless Breast of Chicken in a White Wine Sauce,
topped with Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese. 
Served with Harvest Rice Pilaf and Vegetable.
